Top Personal Finance Apps on Android in Hungary for Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the personal finance app market in Hungary on the Android platform showed dynamic trends. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Money Tracker-Expense & Budget from Horoscope365 saw fluctuating weekly revenue, reaching a peak of approximately $35 in the last week of March. Downloads varied throughout the quarter, with a noticeable dip mid-quarter before stabilizing at around 287 by the end of March. Active users decreased from 1.1K at the start of the quarter to around 908 at the end.

Money manager & expenses, published by Cleaner + Antivirus + VPN company, experienced a gradual decline in weekly active users from 6.2K to 4.6K. The app's weekly revenue peaked at $40 at the beginning of the quarter and ended at a slightly lower $34. Downloads also showed a downward trend, with a slight recovery to 231 by the end of March.

Splitwise maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at $52 in late March. Downloads were relatively stable, with a notable increase to 193 by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, starting at 4.1K and closing the quarter at about 4.5K.

Diákhitel Direkt, by Ponte.hu, recorded a steady download rate, beginning with 165 and ending with 62 downloads weekly. However, the app did not report any revenue during this period.

Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker from BudgetBakers saw its revenue peak at $240 at the start, with a decrease to $145 by the end of March. Downloads started at 238 and fell to 106 by the quarter’s end, while active users showed an increase from 2.9K to 3.6K.
